Retention Periods

After Account Closure
If you close your account:
- 30-day grace period
- Data export available
- Permanent deletion after 90 days
Exporting Data
On-Demand Exports
Export data anytime:
- Go to Settings → Data → Export
- Select data type
- Choose format (CSV/Excel)
- Apply filters
- Download

Scheduled Exports
Set up automatic exports:
- Go to Settings → Data → Scheduled Exports

- Set delivery method (email/SFTP)

Privacy Compliance
GDPR/Privacy Requests
Handle data requests:
- Go to Settings → Privacy
- Search for customer
- View their data
- Export or delete as needed
Right to Deletion
Customers can request deletion:
- Verify customer identity
- Export data for their records
- Process deletion request
- Maintain audit trail
Legal Retention
Some data may need to be retained for legal/tax purposes even after customer deletion requests.

- Export data regularly as backup
- Document retention policies
- Handle privacy requests promptly

- Delete exports after use
