  • Data export available
  • Permanent deletion after 90 days

Exporting Data

On-Demand Exports

Export data anytime:

  1. Go to Settings → Data → Export
  2. Select data type
  3. Choose format (CSV/Excel)
  4. Apply filters
  5. Download

Scheduled Exports

Set up automatic exports:

  1. Go to Settings → Data → Scheduled Exports

  4. Set delivery method (email/SFTP)

Privacy Compliance

GDPR/Privacy Requests

Handle data requests:

  1. Go to Settings → Privacy
  2. Search for customer
  3. View their data
  4. Export or delete as needed

Right to Deletion

Customers can request deletion:

  1. Verify customer identity
  2. Export data for their records
  3. Process deletion request
  4. Maintain audit trail
Legal Retention

Some data may need to be retained for legal/tax purposes even after customer deletion requests.
