Configuring Resolutions

Example Configuration

DeterminationAvailable Resolutions
Warranty ApprovedRepair, Replace, Refund, Store Credit
Out of WarrantyPaid Repair, Return to Customer
Customer DamagePaid Repair, Return to Customer
No Fault FoundReturn to Customer

Customise the labels to match your team's language. For example, rename "Repair" to "Workshop Repair" or "Refund" to "Full Credit" if that's what your team uses.

How It Works

  1. Technician completes diagnostics and assigns fault codes
  2. Technician selects the determination (e.g. Warranty Approved)
  3. Only the enabled resolution options for that determination are shown
  4. Technician selects the appropriate resolution
  5. The resolution is recorded and the RMA progresses
