Carrier Settings

Per-Carrier Configuration

For each carrier, configure:

Service Selection

Configure which services are available:

Australia Post:

  • Parcel Post
  • Express Post
  • eParcel (contract)

StarTrack:

  • Premium
  • Express
  • Fixed Price

Label Formats

Supported Formats

Configuring Default Format

  1. Go to Settings → Carriers → Label Format
  2. Select default format
  3. Configure size and orientation

Label Size Options

  • 4x6 inches (standard)
  • A4 (for PDF printing)
  • 4x8 inches (extended)

Thermal Printer Setup

Supported Printers

Compatible thermal printers:

  • Zebra (ZPL compatible)
  • DYMO (via PDF)
  • Brother (via PDF)

Configuration

  1. Connect printer to workstation
  2. Install printer drivers
  3. Set as default in browser
  4. Configure ReturnMate label format to ZPL

Label Content

Standard Elements

Labels include:

  • Carrier branding
  • Tracking barcode
  • Sender/receiver addresses
  • Service type
  • Reference numbers

Custom References

Add custom fields:

  • RMA number
  • Order number
  • Store identifier

Package Dimensions

Default Dimensions

Set default package sizes:

  1. Go to Settings → Carriers → Packages
  2. Define common package sizes
  3. Set as defaults per product type
