Carrier surcharges let you adjust shipping costs based on product, destination, item size, or dangerous goods classification. Configure under Settings > Carrier Surcharges.
Surcharge Types
SKU-Based Surcharges
Apply surcharges to specific products by SKU.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| SKU | Product SKU to apply surcharge to |
| Courier Name | Which carrier this surcharge applies to |
| Amount | Surcharge value |
| Is Percentage | If enabled, amount is a percentage of the base rate (e.g. 100 = double the rate). If disabled, a fixed dollar amount |
| Is Active | Enable/disable this surcharge |
You can bulk import SKU surcharges via CSV upload. Use the template with headers: sku,courierName,amount,isPercentage.
Destination/State-Based Surcharges
Apply surcharges for returns from specific states (e.g. remote area surcharges).

| Destination State | Australian state (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT, ACT) |
| Courier Name | Which carrier this applies to |
| Amount | Surcharge value |
| Is Percentage | Percentage of base rate or fixed amount |
| Is Active | Enable/disable |
Bulky Item Surcharges
Apply a flat surcharge to items marked as bulky.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Amount | Surcharge for bulky items |
| SKUs List | Add SKUs that qualify as bulky items |
Dangerous Goods Surcharges
Apply surcharges to items classified as dangerous goods.

| Is Percentage | Typically percentage-based |
