Third-party repair settings allow customers who purchased your products from other retailers to submit warranty repair requests through your portal. Configure under Settings > Third Party Repairs.

Enable Third-Party Repairs

Toggle Enable Third Party Repairs on Portal to activate. When enabled, customers who verify their email but have no matching orders will see a Third Party Warranty Repair button.
